Vegan Butternut Crockpot Soup 

Vegan Butternut Squash Soup


-1 T granulated garlic

-1 Butternut squash (peeled and cubed)

-1 c fresh french green beans (halved)

-3 carrots (cubed)

-1 c celery (cubed)

-1/2 cup onion (chopped)

-4 T chicken bolion

-1 c green lentils

-7 cups water -1/2 cup mushrooms (diced)

-2 potatoes (russet) (cubed)

-Seasoning to taste: 1 T rosemary, salt, pepper, basil, parsley 


-Combine all ingredients in crockpot

-Cook on high for 6 hours

-Pair with fresh gluten free bread and maybe a glass of merlot... or two :)
