The Healthiest Caramel-Peanut Butter Apple Nachos (EVER!)

The Healthiest Apple Nachos (EVER!) 

Ingredients: 

  • 6 apples (flavor of choice to you!)

  • 3/4 cup organic peanut butter

  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil

  • Organic Caramel Sauce (drizzled to your liking)*affiliate link

    • Note: if you don't have organic sauce and don't feel like ordering, just use regular caramel sauce :)

    • 1/4 cup organic chocolate chips

    • 1/2 cup chopped pecans, walnuts, almonds, or cashews

    • 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut

    • 4 tablespoons chia seeds

Directions: 

  1. First, core and cut your apples into thin slices and arrange BEAUTIFULLY on a large serving plate. Set aside.

  2. Next, Combine peanut butter and 2 tablespoons of coconut oil. Heat in a microwave safe bowl for 45 seconds, stirring once out. Drizzle over apples. Then drizzle caramel sauce over apples.

  3. Evenly spread chocolate chips, pecans, shredded coconut, and chia seeds over apple and peanut butter mixture.

  4. SERVE + ENJOY!!
