Skinny "Fried" Cinnamon Bananas


Skinny “Fried” Cinnamon Bananas 




  1. In a medium sized bowl, combine: coconut oil and honey. Heat mixture in microwave for 30 seconds. Stir and set aside.

  2. Next, cut bananas into slivers.

  3. Preheat fry pan to “medium heat” for 3-5 minutes and spray with non-stick spray.

  4. Pour cinnamon and sugar in the raw mixture into small bowl. Set aside.

  5. Dip one banana at a time into melted coconut/honey mixture, then transfer dipped banana(s) over to heated skillet and let “sizzle” on each side for 1-2 minutes or until golden brown.

  6. Transfer to plate and sprinkle lightly with cinnamon/sugar mixture.

  7. Let cool for 10 minutes .

  8. TIP: Thes are fantastic with a nondairy ice-cream or yogurt
