Skinny (And Cozy!) Apple Pie Oatmeal Bake 

Ingredients: 

  • 4 cups oats (gluten free or regular)

  • 1 large apple

  • 2 large pears

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 T cinnamon

  • 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

  • 1 c almond milk

  • 1/4 c + 3 T honey or maple syrup

  • 1 T vanilla extract

  • 2 T coconut oil

  • 1/2 c organic raisins

  • 2 T sugar in the raw

Directions: 

  1. In kitchen aid or medium bowl, combine all ingredients.

  2. Mix with spoon or mix on low speed until all ingredients are well blended.

  3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  4. Grease 9 x 13 baking dish with non-stick spray and pour batter in.

  5. Bake for 30 minutes.

  6. Serve with fresh cool whip
