PB&J Acai Smoothie Bowl

PB&J Acai Smoothie Bowl


  • 1 c frozen strawberries

  • 1/2 c frozen triple berry blend

  • 1/2 banana

  • 2 T almond butter

  • 1/4 c acai liquid blend

  • 3/4 c almond milk

  • 2 dates (pitted, raw)

Toppings: almond butter, banana, berries, chia seeds, coconut flakes 


  1. Place all ingredients in blender. Pulse, then blend on high for 45 seconds or until creamy.

  2. If you prefer a thinner “smoothie bowl”, feel free to add more liquid (almond milk)

  3. Transfer mixture to bowl.

  4. Add toppings!

Jenni’s tip: If you prefer a sweeter blend, feel free to add the entire banana, more dates, OR a splash of organic maple syrup or honey- all Blossoming Mommy and Baby approved natural sweetness.
