Lite Pumpkin Spice Latte

Pumpkin Spice Latte


  • 1 cup coffee (french press, kerug, espresso) 

  • 1/2 cup vanilla almond milk

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

  • 1/4 tsp vanilla organic extract (optional)

  • Coconut whipped cream


  1. Make coffee per usual

  2. Steam almond milk using milk frother/steamer

  3. Pour hot milk into coffee/espresso

  4. Add cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract

  5. Stir with spoon

  6. Top with coconut whipped cream + additional cinnamon!
