Kid Snack: Frozen Yogurt Bites


  • 1 cup fresh strawberries (washed, stemmed, and cut in half)

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt-flavor of choice (I prefer honey flavored! Vanilla also works excellent for this recipe  )

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • Ice-cube tray (size varies- use what you have!)


  1. Place all ingredients into blender.

  2. Pulse, then blend on medium for ~10 seconds, until all ingredients are well mixed together, but the strawberries are still “chunky”.

  3. Spoon evenly into standard ice-cube tray and cover with saran wrap.

  4. Freeze for at least 4 hours prior to eating.

  5. Pop out of ice cube tray and cut cubes in half if desired.

  6. Store in air tight container in freezer.

  7. When ready to eat, take tray out, pop in mouth and enjoy!
