  1. In place jog (4 minutes)

  2. Jumping Jacks (1 minute)

  3. High Knees (1 minute)

  4. Back Lunges (alternating legs) (1 minute)

  5. Mountain Climbers (1 minute)

  6. Reverse Pushups (30 reps)

  7. Pushups (knee or regular) (20 reps)

  8. Skaters (1 minute)

  9. In place jog (2 minutes)

  10. Burpees (30 reps)
