Honey-Lemon-Dijon Fresh Alaskan Salmon


Honey Lemon Dijon Fresh Alaskan Salmon Dish 


  • 1 filet of fresh Alaskan salmon

  • 1/2 cup dijon brown mustard

  • 1/4 cup honey

  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • 1 lemon

  • Salt, pepper, granulated garlic to taste

  • Fresh Dill


  • Preheat oven to 350

  • Line baking dish with tinfoil and spray with nonstick

  • Place filet on foil and season with salt, pepper, and granulated garlic

  • In a sperate bowl, combine mustard, honey, olive oil, and 1/2 lemon (squeezed juice)

  • Gently pour mixture over salmon

  • Slice remainder of lemon (other half) and spread evenly over salmon

  • Place 5-6 sprigs of dill over filet

  • Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes
