Holiday (SKINNY) Orange-Cranberry Relish


  • 4 1/2 cups cranberries (I used ocean spray, found in the produce section)

  • 1 lime

  • 6 clementines (baby oranges!)

  • 1 cup sugar in the raw


  1. Wash all produce.

  2. Cut off ends of oranges and lime, BUT LEAVE ALL SKIN (PEELS) ON!

  3. Place all ingredients into food processor.

  4. Pulse, then blend on high for 3 minutes or until relish is pureed!

  5. Transfer to serving dish.

  6. Let chill for 2 hours!
