Healthy Taco Seasoning
Healthy Taco Seasoning for Taco Tuesday!
1 tablespoon granulated garlic
1 tablespoon chili powder
2 teaspoons cumin
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes or cayenne pepper (*this is optional if you prefer heat!)
Place all ingredients into small bowl.
Stir with spoon, then sprinkle over (entire mixture) raw, ground hamburger meat (~1 lb meat).
While browning meat and spices, add 1/4 cup of water to pan and continue with browning process.
