Healthy Pumpkin Pie Smoothie
1 frozen banana
1 cup ice
1 1/2 c almond milk
3 T pumpkin puree
1 scoop vanilla (or chocolate) protein powder *we use shakeology*
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
2 T almond or peanut butter
1 date (pitted)
Place all ingredients into blender.
Pulse, then blend on high until creamy!
Top with autumn granola and a HUGE straw
