Healthy No-Bake Cookies

Healthy No-Bake Cookies 

Ingredients 

-1/2 c coconut oil

-1/2 c almond butter

-1/2 c honey

-1 tsp vanilla extract

-1/4 c organic chocolate chips

-1 scoop chocolate protein powder

-3 c rolled oat

Directions 

  1. Over low-medium heat, combine coconut oil, almond butter, honey, chocolate chips, and protein powder in sauce pan. Gently stir on and off for 2-4 minutes, or until melted and smooth.

  2. Pour in oats.

  3. Mix until all oats are evenly covered with mixture.

  4. Scoop into 1-inch balls and place on wax paper.
