Healthy Maple Chip Donuts

Healthy Maple Chip Donuts

Ingredients:

-2 eggs
-1/2 cup almond milk
-1/4 cup coconut oil
-1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
-1/4 cup organic maple syrup
-2 cups almond flour
-1/2 cup organic chocolate chips
-1 tsp cinnamon
-1 tsp baking powder
-pinch of salt

Directions:

-In large bowl, mix eggs, milk, oil, vanilla, and maple until well blended.
-In a separate bowl, combine flour, chocolate chips, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.
-Gently fold in dry ingredients into wet.
-Mix well (approx. 30-45 seconds).
-With non-stick spray, grease a 6 piece donut tray. ( I got mine from target, but you can order them from amazon any many other retailers as well for a decent price… with most under 20 bucks).
-Spoon mixture to the top of each donut ring, wiping away any extra dough that is on the center piece.

-Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
-Top with cinnamon and stevia in the raw.
