Healthy Chai Spice Smoothie


Serving size: 1 12 oz glass. 


  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1 cup ice

  • 1 cup almond milk

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I suggest: RAWR Naturals Vanilla! Be sure to use code BLOSSOM at checkout for our community discount!) 

  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

  • 1/2 tsp maple syrup

  • 1/2 tsp chia seed


  1. Place all ingredients into high powered blender.

  2. Pulse, then blend on high for 45 seconds.

  3. Fun smoothie toppers: additional cinnamon powder, chocolate chips, coconut flakes. 

  4. Enjoy!
