Healthy Chai Spice Smoothie
Serving size: 1 12 oz glass.
1 frozen banana
1 cup ice
1 cup almond milk
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I suggest: RAWR Naturals Vanilla! Be sure to use code BLOSSOM at checkout for our community discount!)
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp chia seed
Place all ingredients into high powered blender.
Pulse, then blend on high for 45 seconds.
Fun smoothie toppers: additional cinnamon powder, chocolate chips, coconut flakes.
