Easy + Healthy Oven Roasted Broccoli



  • 3 cups chopped broccoli florets

  •  3 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp granulated garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • Salt and Pepper to taste

  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (of choice!)


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees

  2. Line baking sheet with foil or parchment paper

  3. Next, evenly spread out broccoli florets, then drizzle olive oil, garlic and onion powder, and salt/pepper over the top.

  4. Bake for 25 minutes, flipping half way through.

  5. After 25 minutes, turn oven off, then turn oven onto a high broil.

  6. Remove broccoli from oven and sprinkle with cheese.

  7. Place broccoli back in oven for 1-2 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly.

  8. Serve!
