DIY Healthy Cantaloupe Bowl

Summer is here!! I’ve been ready for sunshine since December, gals… and it’s time to officially celebrate! I don’t know about you, but I’m ready to kickback, hike, layout by the pool, BBQ, and enjoy downtime with friends and family. How about you? What are your summer plans? I’d love to know!

Whether you’re out and about or relaxing and enjoying the sunshine at home, do I have a treat for you! I was in the Blossom kitchen over the weekend, mixing and matching different ingredients until I found the
PERFECT blend. Savory, sweet, crunchy, tangy, squishy… literally, the gangs all here.

DIY Healthy Cantaloupe Bowl

Ingredients:

-1 cantaloupe
-1 c rasperries
-1 c blueberries (or blackberries)
-1/4 c goji berries
-1/2 c organic granola
-1 banana
-1 mango
-2 kiwi
-1 c organic vanilla bean greek (or non-dairy) yogurt

Directions: 

-Slice cantaloupe in half and scoop out seeds
-Gently spoon in Yogurt until entire center is filled
-Layer raspberries, blue/blackberries, goji berries, granola, banana, mango, and kiwi
-Grab a spoon and enjoy!
