Cuban Crockpot Shredded Pork

ngredients: 

  • 2 pounds boneless pork butt or pork shoulder

  •  2 cups of water

  •  1 tablespoon chicken base  *affiliate 

  • 1 tablespoon beef base *affiliate

  •  1 tsp granulated garlic powder

  • 1 tsp cumin

  • 2 bay leafs

  • 1 Tbsp dried parsley

  • 2 Tbsp dried taco seasoning

  • 1 15 oz can back beans or kidney beans (drained)

  • 1 15oz can tomato sauce

  • 1/2 squeezed orange

  • 1 Tbsp brown sugar

  • 1/2 tsp dried onion flakes

Directions: 

  1.  Place all ingredients  in crockpot.

  2. Cook on low for 7 to 8 hours. When done, shred with fork and serve entire dish over fresh brown rice and with a big salad!
