Crockpot Dinner For Busy Moms! {Slow Cooker Cuban Beans}

Ingredients: 

  • 1 cup dried black beans

  • 1 cup dried buck eye beans

  • 1 cup dried white beans

  • 1/2 cup dried lentils

  • 7 c water

  • 2 c chicken broth

  • 3 cloves garlic

  • 2 large carrots (diced)

  • 2 cubes beef bullion

  • 1 bell pepper *any color (diced)

  • 1/2 white onion

  • 2 T cumin

  • 1 T tumeric

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 T chili powder

  • Salt + Pepper to taste

Directions: 

  1. Place all ingredients into crockpot.

  2. Cook on low for 12 hours, stirring every few hours.

  3. Serve with fresh bread and of course.. a huge, blossom to be fit salad!
