Creamy Balsamic Italian Dressing


Serving Size: 3/4 cup. Note: this dressing is thick! It does go best if you dress the salad first, then toss it. If you prefer to have your dressing thinner, just add more olive oil until your desired “dressing consistency” is achieved. 


  • 1/8 cup balsamic vinegar

  • 1/8 cup apple cider vinegar

  • 1/2 cup organic mayonnaise

  • 1/2 cup olive oil

  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning

  • 1/2 tsp granulated garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp maple syrup


  1. Place all ingredients into medium size bowl.

  2. Whisk with fork (or kitchen whisker) until creamy, well blended, and smooth.

  3. Let set 5-10 minutes, then pour over salad.

  4. Toss salad and dressing, serving immediately.
