Brownie Protein Truffle


Brownie Protein Truffle 


-1 15 oz can garbanzo beans

-1/4 c chocolate protein powder (I use shakeology) 

-2 T almond butter

-1 T coconut oil

-2 T honey

-1 T vanilla extract

-Organic chocolate chips (to roll in!) 


  1. Rinse and drain garbanzo beans, then pat dry.

  2. In a blender, add garbanzo beans, protein powder almond butter, coconut oil, honey, and vanilla extract.

  3. Pulse, then blend, alternating sequence until well mixed

  4. Cover and let mixture chill for 1 hour

  5. Take batter out of refrigerator and roll into 1-inch balls

  6. Roll brownie balls into chocolate chips :)

  7. Keep chilled!!
