Blueberry Lemon Coconut Overnight Oats

Ingredients: 

  • 1/2 cup gluten free oats (or regular oats)

  • 3/4 cup almond milk

  • 1/2 cup frozen (or fresh) blueberries

  • 1 TBSP fresh lemon juice

  • 3 TBSP unsweetened coconut flakes

  • 2 TBSP organic maple syrup

  • 1 TBSP chia seed

  • 1 TBSP ground flaxseed

Directions: 

  1. Place all ingredients into mason jar OR cereal bowl.

  2. Stir with spoon, then cover with lid or saran wrap to ensure airtight seal.

  3. Place in fridge overnight and enjoy next morning!
