Blossoming Boobie Smoothie! (Lactation BOOSTING!)



  • 1 cup frozen pineapple OR frozen peaches

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1 1/2 cup almond milk

  • 1 tbsp chia seed

  • 1 tbsp flaxseed

  • 1 cup spinach

  • 1/4 cup gluten free oats*affiliate

  • 1 tbsp nut butter


  1. Place all ingredients in blender.

  2. Pulse, then blend on high until smooth and creamy!

Top with: fresh bananas, blueberries, +  coconut flakes
