Blossoming Boobie Smoothie! (Lactation BOOSTING!)
1 cup frozen pineapple OR frozen peaches
1 frozen banana
1 1/2 cup almond milk
1 tbsp chia seed
1 tbsp flaxseed
1 cup spinach
1/4 cup gluten free oats*affiliate
1 tbsp nut butter
Place all ingredients in blender.
Pulse, then blend on high until smooth and creamy!
Top with: fresh bananas, blueberries, + coconut flakes
