Autumn Granola Bark!

Autumn Granola Bark!


  • 1/2 cup raw almonds

  • 1/2 cup walnuts

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds 

  • 1/2 cup cashews

  • 1 cup puffed rice

  • 1/2 cup coconut flakes (unsweetened)

  • 1 cup organic raisins

  • 1/2 c raw honey

  • 1/4 c coconut oil

  • 1 T pumpkin pie spice

  • 1 tsp cinnamon


  1. In medium bowl, combine almonds, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, cashews, coconut flakes, raisins, and spices.

  2. In a medium sauce pan, combine honey and coconut oil. Heat on low heat or until well blended.

  3. Remove honey and oil blend from heat and pour over nut mixture.

  4. Stir with spoon until well blended.

  5. Pour mixture onto greased (non-stick spray) wax paper.

  6. Let set for 2 hours.
