Arizona Inspired Smoothie Bowl

Ladies, you are going to LOOOOVE THIS Arizona inspired blend! Last week my husband and I enjoyed a visit out to Scottsdale and Palm Springs visiting family and for a Kinesio Taping class. We were able to enjoy some beautiful sunshine, as well as family time and of course… niece inspired smoothie bowls!

Remember, ladies- as #Blossomingwomen, it is SO important for you (and I) to teach healthy habits to our children and family. I love this mindset and am a firm believer in the impact we have on raising the next generation to make healthy lifestyle choices!

That being said, I let my nieces help me in the kitchen in designing and creating this healthy smoothie bowl blend! It is an absolute must for you and your littles to OBSESS over and can be enjoyed as a morning, mid afternoon, or nighttime snack

Arizona Inspired Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients: 

  1. 1 c frozen tropical fruit (our blend had a combo of: pineapple, mango, strawberries, and grapes!) 

  2. 1.5 c almond milk

  3.  1 T almond butter

  4. 1 scoop chocolate (as shown) or vanilla protein powder

    1. Favorite brands include: Shakeology or ROOTZ 

  5. Toppings: pomegranate seeds, banana, fresh strawberries, cocoa nibs 

Directions: 

  1. Place all ingredients (except for toppings) into blender.

  2. Pulse for 20 seconds, then blend on medium, then high for 60 seconds.

  3. Pour into glass and top with desired toppings or those listed above !
