Chewy Peanut Butter Granola Bar

Serving Size: 10-12


  • ½ cup honey 

  • ½ cup peanut butter 

  • ½ cup coconut oil 

  • 2.5 cups raw oats (gluten free or regular) 

  • 1 cup rice cereal (similar to rice krispies) 

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract 

  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds 

  • ½ cup dried cranberries 

  • ½ cup chocolate chips 

  • ¼ cup chopped almonds 

  • ¼ tsp kosher or pink himalayan sea salt 

  • ¼ tsp cinnamon powder 


  1. Place all ingredients into a large bowl and mix with large wooden spoon until well blended. 

  2. Next, line 9x13 baking dish with tin foil or parchment paper and spray with non-stick spray. 

  3. Evenly spread batter into dish, pressing down with hands until even. 

  4. Cover with saran wrap and place in refrigerator for 1 hour. 

  5. Cut into bars (your preference for size here, friend!) and serve! 

  6. Keep stored in airtight container ( for best results keep refrigerated). 

Make it a meal! These pair great with our strawberry-peach frozen yogurt bites! ENJOY!
