Blossoming Mommy and Baby | Sugar Cookies

Serving Size: 12-14 cookies 


  • 2 eggs

  • ¼ cup coconut oil 

  • ¼ cup maple syrup 

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract 

  • ¼ tsp salt

  • 1 cup almond flour 

  • ½ cup raw oats (can be gluten free!) 

  • 1 Tbsp coconut flour 

  • ½ tsp baking powder 

  • ¼ tsp baking soda 

  • ¼ cup sugar in the raw


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees 

  2. In a high powered blender or food processor add: eggs, coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Pulse 3-5x, then blend on medium speed for 20-30 seconds or until well blended. 

  3. Next, add remaining ingredients to wet mixture. Pulse 3-5x, then blend on low-medium for 30-40 seconds or until well blended. 

  4. Cover bowl with saran wrap and place in fridge for 30 minutes to harden. 

  5. Next, use spoon or ice cream scooper to scoop on 1 inch dough balls. *NOTE: this dough is wet! Do NOT add more flour!*

  6. Place on greased cookie sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
