Smoked Salmon Spread
Serving Size: 4-5
8 oz smoked salmon
6 oz organic cream cheese
1/4 cup organic mayonnaise or plain Greek yogurt
1/4 cup chopped white onion
3 Tbsp chopped green onion
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Open can of salmon and drain excess liquid.
Next, in a medium sized bowl, combine all ingredients.
Mix with fork until well blended.
Cover bowl with saran wrap and place in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes prior to serving!
