Smoked Salmon Spread | Blossoming Mommy and Baby

Serving Size: 4-5


  • 8 oz smoked salmon

  • 6 oz organic cream cheese

  • 1/4 cup organic mayonnaise or plain Greek yogurt

  • 1/4 cup chopped white onion

  • 3 Tbsp chopped green onion

  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp pepper


  1. Open can of salmon and drain excess liquid.

  2. Next, in a medium sized bowl, combine all ingredients.

  3. Mix with fork until well blended.

  4. Cover bowl with saran wrap and place in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes prior to serving!
