Chicken Pinwheel Wrap
Serving size: 1 wrap
One organic white, gluten-free, or whole-grain tortilla
1/4 cup hummus
1/4 cup mashed avocado
1/4 cup shredded or cubed chicken
2 slices of tomato
1 Romaine lettuce leaf
1 slice cheddar cheese *optional
4 thinly sliced cucumbers
Spread hummus on far left side of tortilla and avocado on far right side of tortilla. This will act as the “glue” when we wrap our tortilla!
Next, layer chicken, tomatoes, lettuce, cheese, and cucumbers evenly on tortilla.
Wrap tortilla tightly, then use knife to slice into pinwheels!
Make it a meal! This dish pairs great with our easy DIY hummus! You go girl! xo!
