No Bake Banana Split Bars

Serving size: 8 bars


  • 8 organic graham crackers

  • 2 cups vanilla bean yogurt

  • 2 cups lite Cool Whip

  • 2 sliced bananas

  • 1/2 cup chopped strawberries, raspberries, or cherries

  • 1/3 cup chopped peanuts

  • 1/3 cup organic chocolate chips

  • 2 tsp coconut oil


  1. Spray 8 x 8 pan with nonstick spray.

  2. Placed graham crackers into a large Ziploc bag and smash until crumb consistency.

  3.  Press graham crackers crumbs evenly into pan.

  4. Spoon yogurt on top of graham crackers crumbles, the cool whip.

  5. Next, evenly layer strawberries, raspberries, or cherries, bananas, and chopped peanuts on top of cool whip.

  6. In a microwave safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and coconut oil and melt for 30 seconds.

  7. Drizzle chocolate on top of fruit.

  8. Cover dish with saran wrap and placed in freezer for one hour.

  9. Keep stored in airtight container and in freezer! For eating, remove from freezer and let set 5 minutes to thaw!
