Broccoli Salad

Blossoming Mommy and Baby | Broccoli Salad

Serving Size: 4-5 


  • 4 cups raw broccoli florets 

  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced celery 

  • ½ cup chopped red onion 

  • ½ cup raisins

  • 1 cup organic mayonnaise or plain greek yogurt 

  • ⅓ cup apple cider vinegar  

  • 3 Tbsp sugar in the raw 

  • ½ cup mixed cheese blend 

  • ¼ cup sunflower seeds (optional) 

  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. In a large salad bowl, add: broccoli, celery, onion, raisins, cheese, and sunflower seeds. 

  2. Next, in a mixing bowl, combine: mayonnaise (or yogurt), apple cider vinegar, sugar, and salt/pepper to taste. Whisk with fork then pour over broccoli mixture. 

  3. Mix with spoon, then cover bowl with saran wrap and let set in fridge for at least 1 hour (so flavors can marinate) prior to serving. 

Make it a meal! This dish pairs great with our balsamic roast! You go girl! xo!
