Serving Size: 4-5
4 cups raw broccoli florets
1/2 cup thinly sliced celery
½ cup chopped red onion
½ cup raisins
1 cup organic mayonnaise or plain greek yogurt
⅓ cup apple cider vinegar
3 Tbsp sugar in the raw
½ cup mixed cheese blend
¼ cup sunflower seeds (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
In a large salad bowl, add: broccoli, celery, onion, raisins, cheese, and sunflower seeds.
Next, in a mixing bowl, combine: mayonnaise (or yogurt), apple cider vinegar, sugar, and salt/pepper to taste. Whisk with fork then pour over broccoli mixture.
Mix with spoon, then cover bowl with saran wrap and let set in fridge for at least 1 hour (so flavors can marinate) prior to serving.
