Frozen Yogurt Fruit Bark

Blossoming Mommy and Baby | Frozen Yogurt Fruit Bark

Serving Size: 3-4 servings  


  • 2 cups almond milk vanilla yogurt OR organic whole milk yogurt (flavor of choice)

  • ¼ cup chopped pistachios 

  • ½ cup fresh chopped strawberries 

  • ½ cup fresh sliced blueberries 

  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds

  • ¼ cup chopped organic dark chocolate


  1. Line 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper 

  2. Spray with non-stick spray and add yogurt 

  3. Evenly sprinkle to yogurt: pistachios, raspberries, blueberries, chia seed, and dark chocolate 

  4. Cover with saran wrap and place dish in freezer 

  5. Let set for 2-3 hours 

  6. Remove from freezer and cut bark into 8-9 blocks 

  7. Serve immediately (or the yogurt will melt!) 

  8. For storage: keep yogurt bark stored in airtight container in freezer
