Parmesan Green Beans

Parmesan Green Beans

Serving size: 4-5


  • 4 cups raw green beans 

  • ¼ cup olive oil 

  • 1 tsp kosher or pink Himalayan sea salt 

  • 1 tsp black pepper 

  • 1 tsp granulated garlic powder 

  • ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese 


  1. Rinse green beans and trim off ends. 

  2. Preheat oven to 375 degrees 

  3. Place green beans in a large bowl and add olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Toss until green beans are evenly coated. 

  4. Line baking sheet with parchment paper and evenly spread green beans onto sheet. 

  5. Bake for 25 minutes, flipping beans halfway through. 

  6. Lastly, sprinkle Parmesan cheese over beans and set oven to high broil. 

  7. Let beans broil for 2 minutes. 

Make it a meal! These beans pair great with the cheesy potato casserole! You go girl! xo!
