Mediterranean Quinoa Bowls


Serving size: 3-4


  • 2 cups cooked quinoa (any color!)

  • 1 cup chopped cucumber

  • 1 cup chopped tomato

  • 1/2 cup chopped white onion

  • 1/2 cup chopped kalamata olives

  • 1 cup chopped bell peppers (red, yellow, or orange)

  • 1 cup hummus (can be store bought or BMAB hummus!)

  • 1 cup feta cheese

  • Liquid amino or soy sauce for drizzle!


  1. Cook quinoa according to package

  2. Chop all vegetables and toppings and place in serving bowls

  3. Spoon 1/2 cup quinoa into bowls and top with toppings! Drizzle with liquid aminos :)

Make it a meal! These quinoa bowls pair PERRRRFECTLY with crockpot chicken carnitas! Enjoy, sister!
