Almond Joy Bliss Balls

Serving size: 10-12 servings



  • ½ cup nut butter of choice 

  • 1 ½ cup raw oats 

  • ¼ cup coconut oil 

  • ½ cup maple syrup 

  • 4 Tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes 

  • 3 Tbsp ground flaxseeed 

  • 1 Tbsp chia seed 

  • ¼ tsp almond extract 

  • Pinch of salt 

Chocolate drizzle 

  • ¼ cup chocolate chips

  • 2 Tbsp coconut oil


  1. In a large bowl, add all powerball ingredients. Mix with spoon until well blended. 

  2.  Next, scoop dough with spoon and roll into 1 inch balls. 

  3. Place balls onto parchment paper and complete process until done. 

  4. Lastly, place chocolate chips and coconut oil into microwave safe bowl and heat for 30 seconds. 

  5. Stir with spoon, then drizzle chocolate over powerballs. 

  6. Keep stored in airtight container, preferably in the refrigerator!
