Pina Colada Smoothie Bowl
Serving size: 1 large smoothie bowl
1 cup frozen pineapple
1 large frozen banana
1 1/4 cup coconut milk (note: this is NOT canned coconut milk. This is coconut milk (similar to almond or dairy milk) located in the refrigerator section. Click here to see an example of what to look for!
1/4 cup chopped raw cauliflower
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)
Fresh kiwi, blueberries, and strawberries!
Place all ingredients (except for toppings!) into bender. Pulse 10x then blend on high for 45 seconds.
This mixture will be thick! Hence, the smoothie bowl :)
Transfer mixture to bowl and add toppings!
Make it a meal! This pina colada smoothie bowl is PERFECT with the healthy french toast casserole!
