Red, White, and Blue Smoothie!
Serving size: 1 16 oz smoothie
1 cup frozen strawberries
1/4 cup frozen raspberries
1/4 cup frozen cherries
1/4 cup chopped raw cauliflower
1/3 cup chopped raw yellow or green zucchini
1 1/4 cup almond milk
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)
Fresh blueberries. strawberries, banana
Add all ingredients (except for toppings) to a high powered blender.
Pulse 10x, then blend on high for 30-45 seconds or until evenly blended.
Transfer smoothie to your favorite smoothie drinking glass and top with fresh blueberries, strawberries, banana and coconut flakes!
