Red, White, and Blue Smoothie

Serving size: 1 16 oz smoothie


  • 1 cup frozen strawberries

  • 1/4 cup frozen raspberries

  • 1/4 cup frozen cherries

  • 1/4 cup chopped raw cauliflower

  • 1/3 cup chopped raw yellow or green zucchini

  • 1/2 banana

  • 1 1/4 cup almond milk

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)


  • Fresh blueberries. strawberries, banana

  • Coconut flakes


  1. Add all ingredients (except for toppings) to a high powered blender.

  2. Pulse 10x, then blend on high for 30-45 seconds or until evenly blended.

  3. Transfer smoothie to your favorite smoothie drinking glass and top with fresh blueberries, strawberries, banana and coconut flakes!

Make it a meal! This patriotic smoothie is and AMAZING breakfast, mid morning, or post workout snack! Add the BMAB no-bake energy bites for a power-packed mini-meal!
