Strawberry Salsa (with cinnamon chips!)

Strawberry Salsa with Cinnamon Chips)

Serving size: 4-5

  • 1 cup diced strawberries

  • 1 cup sliced mango

  • 1 cup sliced blackberries

  • 1 large sliced banana

  • ½ lemon (juiced)

  • ½ lime (juiced)

  • 1 tsp maple syrup

  • ¼ tsp cinnamon

  1. In a large bowl, add: strawberries, kiwi, mango, raspberries, and blueberries.

  2. Next, squeeze juice from lemon and lime onto fruit. Remove any seeds if they fall out!

  3. Add maple syrup and cinnamon to fruit mixture.

  4. Toss with spoon and cover bowl with Saran Wrap, then place in refrigerator to chill for at least one hour.

  5. Serve with cinnamon tortilla chips! (You can buy these or make them! To make, just use white tortillas and coat one side of tortilla evenly with organic butter. Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon onto tortilla (don’t measure, just go with your gut! A pinch of each!) Place tortilla on baking sheet and bake at 350 for 4-5 minutes, then broil on low for 1 min! Remove from heat and use pizza cutter to cut into chips!)
