Crispy Carrot Fries with Garlic Dipping Sauce
Serving Size: 4
5 large carrots
3 Tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp pink himalayan sea salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 Tbsp nutritional yeast
1/2 cup organic mayonnaise
2 Tbsp ketchup
2 Tbsp mustard
1/4 tsp granulated garlic powder
1/2 tsp multi purpose seasoning (like Trader Joes Salute Seasoning)
Preheat oven to 375°.
Wash, cut, and thinly cut carrots into fry size slices.
Next, place carrots into a large bowl and add olive oil, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and nutritional yeast.
Mix with spatula and set aside.
Line baking sheet with parchment paper and spray with nonstick spray.
Add carrot fries to baking dish and bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until tender.
Use spatula to flip carrots after 20-22 minutes to ensure carrots are evenly baking.
For dipping sauce, add all sauce ingredients to bowl and whisk with fork. Dip fries in and store in fridge!
