Crockpot Balsamic Roast
Serving size: 4
1 lb organic roast chunk (tenderloin works great!)
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup beef broth
3 Tbsp cooking sherry or white wine
1 tsp granulated garlic powder
3 bay leaf
1 large carrot (chopped)
1/2 white onion (sliced)
Pinch of pink himalayan sea salt and pepper
Place all ingredients into crockpot.
Set crockpot on high for 4 hours.
