Crockpot Balsamic Roast

Serving size: 4


  • 1 lb organic roast chunk (tenderloin works great!)

  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • 1/2 cup beef broth

  • 3 Tbsp cooking sherry or white wine

  • 1 tsp granulated garlic powder

  • 3 bay leaf

  • 1 large carrot (chopped)

  • 1/2 white onion (sliced)

  • Pinch of pink himalayan sea salt and pepper


  1. Place all ingredients into crockpot.

  2. Set crockpot on high for 4 hours.

  3. ENJOY!
