Rise N Shine Smoothie

Serving size: 1 smoothie


  • 1 cup frozen peaches

  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries

  • 1/2 cup chopped raw zucchini (yellow or green)

  • 1 1/4 cup almond milk

  • 1 Tbsp nut butter

  • 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder of choice


  1. Place all ingredients into blender. Pulse, then blend on high for 45-60 seconds.

  2. Great Toppings include: coconut flakes, blueberries, raspberries!

  3. ENJOY!
