Vitamin C Superfoods Smoothie

Serving size: 1 smoothie


  • 1/2 cup chopped frozen dragon fruit

  • 1/2 orange (peeled)

  • 1/2 cup spinach or Italian Kale

  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries

  • 1 large carrot

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1 1/4 cup almond milk


  1. Place all ingredients into blender. Pulse, then blend on high for 45-60 seconds.
