Crockpot Creamy Tortellini Soup
Serving Size: 6-8
2 large carrots
2 large celery stalks
½ cup chopped white onion
2 cups spinach
1 15 oz can diced tomatoes
8-10 oz package refrigerated cheese tortellini
1 lb ground organic sausage
3 Tbsp better than bullion beef base
4 cups water
2 cups unsweetened plain almond milk
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp Italian Seasoning
1 tsp granulated garlic powder
¼ tsp kosher or pink Himalayan sea salt
½ tsp pepper
1 tsp multi purpose seasoning
Cook ground sausage on stove top and set aside.
Next, add all ingredients except for pasta and spinach into crockpot.
Set crockpot on high for four hours.
With one hour left, add pasta and spinach. ENJOY!
