Dairy Free “Shamrock” Mint Chocolate Chip Ice-Cream
1 large bowl of “nice-cream” :)
2 large frozen bananas
1/2 cup ice
3/4 cup almond milk
¼ cup avocado
½ cup spinach
1 Tbsp nut butter
1/2 tsp peppermint extract
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
2 pitted dates (chopped)
3 Tbsp organic chocolate chips
Soak dates for 10 minutes in warm water then use knife to chop into small pieces.
After dates have softened, place all ingredients except chocolate chips into blender and pulse for 10 seconds, then blend on high for 45-60 seconds.
Lastly, place chocolate chips into mixture and pulse 5x.
Spoon ice cream into bowl and have a party!
