Serving Size: 6-8 Apple slices
2 large Fuji or honeycrisp apples (you can use any apples, these two are my favorite!)
½ cup vanilla yogurt
½ cup strawberry yogurt
½ cup berry yogurt
¼ cup raspberries
¼ cup blueberries
¼ cup chopped mango
½ cup granola (make the BMAB granola!)
1 Tbsp chia seed
Honey to drizzle
3 Tbsp chopped organic chocolate bar
Wash and core apples then cut widthwise (each Apple should have 3-4 slices). Slice off both top and bottom and discard so your Apple slabs are nice and even!
Slice + dice kiwi and mango.
Evenly spread yogurt(s) on top of apples slices.
Layer kiwi, raspberries, blueberries, mango, granola, chia seed, and chocolate as desired. Drizzle with honey.
