Apple "Doughnuts"


Serving Size: 6-8 Apple slices


2 large Fuji or honeycrisp apples (you can use any apples, these two are my favorite!)

½ cup vanilla yogurt

½ cup strawberry yogurt

½ cup berry yogurt

1 kiwi

¼ cup raspberries

¼ cup blueberries

¼ cup chopped mango

½ cup granola (make the BMAB granola!)

1 Tbsp chia seed

Honey to drizzle

3 Tbsp chopped organic chocolate bar


  1. Wash and core apples then cut widthwise (each Apple should have 3-4 slices). Slice off both top and bottom and discard so your Apple slabs are nice and even!

  2. Slice + dice kiwi and mango.

  3. Evenly spread yogurt(s) on top of apples slices.

  4. Layer kiwi, raspberries, blueberries, mango, granola, chia seed, and chocolate as desired. Drizzle with honey.

  5. Enjoy!
