Fall Harvest Salad

Serving Size: 4



  • 6 cups raw spinach (rinsed and dried) 

  • ½ cup sliced red onion 

  • 1 cup sliced green or red apple (brand of choice) 

  • ½ cup raw walnuts 

  • ½ cup dried cranberries 

  • ½ cup sliced cucumbers 

Balsamic Dressing: 

  • ½ cup extra virgin olive oil 

  • ¼ cup balsamic dressing 

  • 2 Tbsp dijon mustard 

  • ¼ tsp kosher or pink himalyan sea salt 

  • ¼ tsp pepper 

  • ¼ tsp liquid aminos 

  • ¼ tsp granulated garlic powder 


  1. In a large salad bowl, add spinach. 

  2. To spinach, add: red onion, apples, walnuts, cranberries, and cucumbers. 

  3. In a small mixing bowl, combine all ingredients for balsamic dressing. Whisk with a fork then pour over salad. 

  4. Toss and serve immediately!
