Apple Spice Powerballs
Serving Size: 3-4
1 cup raw oats (can be gluten-free)
¼ cup almond flour
¼ tsp kosher or pink himalyan sea salt
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
¼ tsp vanilla extract
¼ cup raisins
¼ cup honey
¼ cup nut butter
½ cup grated apple
1 Tbsp coconut oil
Place all ingredients into a medium-large mixing bowl.
Mix with large spoon, then use hands to shape into ½ inch balls.
Repeat process until done.
Keep stored in airtight container (can be stored at room temperature or in refrigerator/freezer).
