One Pan Chinese Shrimp and Green Beans
Serving Size: 2-3
⅓ cup olive oil
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1 Tbsp raw ginger (minced) (brown layer cut off)
¾ cup chopped mushrooms
3 cups raw green beans
1 cup raw peeled shrimp
¼ tsp kosher or pink himalyan sea salt
¼ tsp black pepper
2 Tbsp sesame oil
2 Tbsp liquid aminos
1 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
½ tsp brown sugar
1 Tbsp sesame seeds
In a large frying pan add: olive oil, garlic, and ginger. Turn heat to low-medium and saute for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently.
Next, add mushrooms and green beans. Stir until coated well with olive oil and turn heat to medium. Saute over medium heat for 5-8 minutes or until tender.
Add shrimp, salt, pepper, sesame oil, liquid aminos, vinegar, and brown sugar.
Saute over medium heat, stirring occasionally for additional 5-8 minutes or until shrimp is done.
Add sesame seeds and turn heat off.
Serve over white or brown rice.
