One Pan Chinese Shrimp and Green Beans

Serving Size: 2-3


  • ⅓ cup olive oil 

  • 3 cloves garlic (minced) 

  • 1 Tbsp raw ginger  (minced) (brown layer cut off) 

  • ¾ cup chopped mushrooms 

  • 3 cups raw green beans 

  • 1 cup raw peeled shrimp 

  • ¼ tsp kosher or pink himalyan sea salt 

  • ¼ tsp black pepper 

  • 2 Tbsp sesame oil 

  • 2 Tbsp liquid aminos 

  • 1 Tbsp rice wine vinegar 

  • ½ tsp brown sugar 

  • 1 Tbsp sesame seeds 


  1. In a large frying pan add: olive oil, garlic, and ginger. Turn heat to low-medium and saute for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently. 

  2. Next, add mushrooms and green beans. Stir until coated well with olive oil and turn heat to medium. Saute over medium heat for 5-8 minutes or until tender. 

  3. Add shrimp, salt, pepper, sesame oil, liquid aminos, vinegar, and brown sugar. 

  4. Saute over medium heat, stirring occasionally for additional 5-8 minutes or until shrimp is done. 

  5. Add sesame seeds and turn heat off. 

  6. Serve over white or brown rice.
