Dairy-Free Salted Caramel Mocha

Dairy-Free Salted Caramel Mocha | Blossoming Mommy and Baby

  • 2 shots espresso or 8 oz drip coffee 

  • 1 cup plain or vanilla almond milk 

  • ½ tsp organic cocoa powder 

  • 1 tsp organic maple syrup 

  • Optional: whipped cream + caramel drizzle + pink himalyan sea salt (this isn’t required and there is no measurement… it’s mainly to make your drink look and taste a little fancier :))


  1. In a small saucepan add: almond milk, cocoa powder, and maple syrup. Turn heat to low-medium and stir frequently with spatula until milk is warm and chocolate powder is dissolved. (Approx 3-5 minutes. Note, if you have a steamer, add all ingredients into your steamer and steam until warm.)

  2. Next, make espresso or coffee. 

  3. Pour milk into cup and add coffee. 

  4. Top with optional whipped cream, caramel drizzle, and a pinch of salt
