Sheet Pan Salmon Dinner


 Serving size: 6-8


  • 1 filet salmon (fresh or thawed) 

Salmon marinade: 

  • 1/2 cup orange juice 

  • 2 Tbsp liquid aminos 

  • 1/2 cup dijon mustard

  • 3 Tbsp maple syrup

  • 1 tsp granulated garlic powder 

  • 1 Tbsp brown sugar 

  • 2 Tbsp fresh grated ginger 

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey 

  • 1/4 cup chopped green onion 

  • 2 Tbsp sesame seed 

  • Salt + pepper to taste 


  • 1 cup chopped broccoli 

  • 1 cup chopped cauliflower 

  • 1 cup chopped carrots 

  • 1/2 cup chopped mushroom 

Vegetable marinade: 

  • 1/4 cup olive oil 

  • 3 Tbsp balsamic vinegar 

  • 1/2 tsp granulated garlic 

  • Salt + pepper to taste 


1. Place all salmon marinade ingredients into large ziploc bag and seal shut. Shake for 10-20 seconds or until all ingredients are well mixed. 

2. Place entire salmon filet into marinade in bag and again seal shut. 

3. Shake mixture until salmon is covered in marinade. Let soak in marinade for 1-24 hours. 

4. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line baking sheet with parliament paper and evenly layer vegetables.

5. In a Seperate bowl, combine veggie marinate and whisk with fork until well mixed. Evenly pour over vegetables and let bake for 30 minutes.

6. Remove from oven and make room for salmon filet in middle of vegetables. Pour any extra marinade from bag into sheet. Bake entire sheet pan for 15-20 min or until salmon is done.
